Lesson 3: Modeling the Site Terrain
In this lesson, we focus on enhancing the realism of our architectural visualization by modeling the site terrain. We begin by adding a plane object to serve as the ground, aligning its segments with the edges of our ground slab and removing unnecessary polygons beneath the building. Next, we increase the number of segments to add more geometry for detailed shaping. Using the Edit Poly modifier, we push and pull the terrain to create natural variations in elevation, resulting in a more organic and realistic landscape that complements our architectural model.
